Before co-founding 5 Horizons, he led Proclinical Executive’s advisory practice and held key roles in private equity and executive leadership, including CEO, Chairman, and Operating Partner positions.

His experience guiding biotech and portfolio companies gives him a deep understanding of scaling breakthrough innovations. Aaron holds a BS from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
